How do I place a bid?
Create an account or sign in, visit any active auction, and enter your bid amount. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
What happens when I win?
You’ll receive an email with a direct link to complete your purchase. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
Can I return a piece?
Yes — we offer a 7-day inspection period after delivery. If the piece doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us to arrange a return.
Is my bidding information private?
Absolutely. Your identity is anonymised in bid histories. Other bidders see only a masked version of your name.
